About

I’m Usman and I work in the CRO team at Jet2 to deliver A/B tests on new features to increase conversion, interaction and improve the user experience of our booking path.

Here, I utilise core UX skills such as wireframing, prototyping, usability testing, and data-informed design with leadership contributions including mentoring junior designers and facilitating feedback from staff to management.

This work led to me receiving the "Great Deal Friendlier" award at Jet2 where I was recognised for the value I added to the business alongside my contributions to the community here in Leeds.

When I'm not designing things that make Jess Glynne smile, I spend my time chairing my local tenants union, running, going to lots of gigs, learning guitar and messing around with my camera.
